My name is Song and I am currently a Gopher studying Graphic Design at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. After my studies, I look forward to gaining valuable experience and one day becoming a professor in the field of creatives. Leading and inspiring the next generation of designers, just as others have inspired me.

​Growing up, I was surrounded by like-minded creatives, such as my dad. A former photographer who introduced me to the world of art and design. As a child, I loved participating in numerous art competitions, gaining multiple opportunities and exposure to the community. My background is rooted in traditional art styles, such as acrylic painting, pencil art, and digital art. Then found my passion for design through my art friends. Continuing to conquer the field with curiosity, determination, and a drive to keep improving.​​
